You can retrieve the current status of a transmitted order at any time through your myPDI access.
Alternatively, we can gladly transmit the status to you specifically when certain quantities are exceeded on your system.
We have prepared examples and standards for this so that you can also provide the required interfaces quickly and easily.
Shipping tracking is only transmitted for a package, and therefore takes place during delivery of the package.
You therefore also have the option of reporting the tracking number or more detailed shipping tracking information to your customer in addition to email notification when the goods are shipped.
Once an order leaves our facilities, you can use the methods listed in “Production tracking” to query the tracking numbers from the shipping service providers.
For shipping using your own customers numbers, we will be happy to work with you to work out a custom solution and provide you with a quotation.
