There are different kinds of processes that fall within the area of reprints.
Changed or unchanged reprints of orders can be started through the PDI Web interface.
This is a changed or unchanged copy of the original order, which is possible within the agreed-upon data retention period.
These are for production errors. These are handled by Elanders internally and marked in the system. It can happen that the delivery date can be delayed in this case. You will receive notification of this via myPDI or the response interface in your system.
These are errors, for example, that occur during delivery of the products. In this case, you or your system must retransmit the order with all or some of the items. To do this, in the order XML you specify a complaint code to signify that it is a complaint. You can support your complaint with a photo of the damaged goods.
These will be defined during project setup.
